Partnering with You and Your Doctor for the Best Results
Background
Throughout my life, I have been passionate about health and fitness. I started running at twelve and was a competitive and devoted runner in high school. After high school, I entered the U.S. Army and regularly achieved the maximum Army Physical Training test score. I left the Army to pursue a degree in Exercise Science and then re-entered the military to work at an Environmental Physiology and Medicine research facility.
Despite my lifelong dedication to health and fitness, I experienced health problems, including Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and signs of low testosterone. Through my journey and experiences, I have gained insight into the systemic problems that can prevent men from receiving adequate treatment for ED and other health issues. I am passionate about helping men to navigate these challenges and achieve optimal health outcomes.

Authored by Ken Schafer in collaboration with Michael Glover, it delves into the multifaceted benefits of rucking, including enhanced physical fitness, mental toughness, and the therapeutic effects of nature. Schafer, with a rich background in the military and exercise science, alongside Glover's extensive experience as an infantryman and personal trainer, provide an authoritative voice on the subject.
